Driver Charged for Traveling 140MPH

Franklyn Julian booking photoEpping, New Hampshire – On September 24, 2022 at approximately 10:20 PM, Sergeant Christopher Cummings of the New Hampshire State Police Troop A Barracks, was on routine patrol when he observed a 2010 Infiniti sedan traveling 140mph on Route 101 west in Epping between exits 8 and 7.

Sergeant Cummings stopped the vehicle and identified the operator as Franklyn Julian, 22, of Candia, NH.

Julian was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with Reckless Driving, and a solid line violation. Julian was released on his personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Brentwood Circuit Court on November 1, 2022.

State Police reminds all motorists to obey posted speed limits and to drive with courtesy and care when on New Hampshire roadways.
