Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert - 12/14/2022

CONCORD, New Hampshire - At the request of the Concord, New Hampshire Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert/SILVER Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following missing vulnerable adult:

Richard B. FEHRS
Age: 72
5’ 6”
160 pounds
Gray hair
Brown eyes

Mr. Fehrs was reported missing on today’s date, December 14, 2022, at approximately 4:23 AM. He was last leaving Concord Hospital shortly after midnight and failed to return to pick up his wife. He was wearing blue jeans, a burnt orange down jacket and a baseball cap with “Perkins Cove” printed on it. His vehicle is described as a 2009 Toyota Highlander, color gray, NH registration: 4343950.

Mr. Fehrs is also suffering from the onset of dementia according to his wife.
