MANCHESTER, New Hampshire – On August 8, 2023, at approximately 6:45 a.m., Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks along with Fire and Medical Personnel from the Manchester Fire Department responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on Interstate 93 North at mile marker 19.2 in the city of Manchester. A witness reported that the vehicle hydroplaned while driving in heavy rain and exited the right side of the roadway where it struck a tree.
As Troopers arrived on scene, they found a white 2011 Chevrolet Express van up against a tree with four occupants inside, one of which was entrapped. Three of the four occupants had injuries ranging in severity. The driver was identified as Limi Sabdiel De Leon Can, age 33, of Lynn, MA and he sustained minor injuries.
