NH SILVER ALERT - Missing Vulnerable Adult in Concord

Update: Mr. Harp has been safely located. The Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert has been cancelled.

CONCORD, New Hampshire - At the request of the Maryland State Police, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert/SILVER Alert System as an extension of their current issued alert.  Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following missing vulnerable adult:

  • David Charles Harp
    • Age: 75
    • 5' 09"
    • 120 pounds
    • Gray hair
    • Blue eyes
    • Wearing glasses

Mr. Harp was reported missing to the Maryland State Police after information was received that he was lost driving on the New Jersey Turnpike late last evening on (8/22/22). Mr. Harp had left Maryland on yesterday’s date (8/22/22) at approximately 8:30 AM and was travelling to New Jersey. There was a confirmed sighting of Mr. Harp and the vehicle on video surveillance at 5:45 AM this morning (8/23/2022) fueling up at the Circle K Gas Station in Bow, NH. He was wearing blue jeans with a light colored button up shirt. Mr. Harp was recently diagnosed with the onset of a cognitive disorder.

Mr. Harp is operating a 2011 Dark Blue Ford F150 pickup with a bed cap. Maryland registration: DV3256 (Disabled Veteran registration).
