NH SILVER ALERT - Missing Vulnerable Adult in Warner
Update: Mr. Hart has been safely located. The Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert has been cancelled.
Warner, New Hampshire – At the request of the Warner NH Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert/SILVER Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following missing vulnerable adult:
- Patrick Henry Hart
- Age: 59
- li>
- 5'10"
- 220 Lbs.
- Brown Hair
- Blue Eyes
Mr. Hart was reported missing on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at approximately 4:15 PM. Patrick suffers from Alzheimer’s and he was last seen on the front porch of his residence, where it is believed he left on foot. Patrick should be wearing a gray shirt, tan shorts and possibly glasses.
