NH State Police Promote 34 Sworn, 3 Civilian Personnel

PEMBROKE, N.H. – New Hampshire State Police Colonel Mark B. Hall announces the promotions of 34 sworn and 3 civilian personnel. 

During a recognition ceremony held in Pembroke earlier today, Friday, April 11, 2025, State Troopers took oaths for their new positions in front of family members and colleagues before each was pinned with their new badge. Civilian staff received promotional certificates. A video of the ceremony is available on YouTube.

“Promotion in law enforcement isn’t just about time or tenure. It’s about leadership, it’s about integrity, it’s about a demonstrated commitment to the highest standards,” said New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte during today’s ceremony. “Those being promoted today have shown that they are ready to guide others, make difficult decisions, and serve with honor even when nobody is watching.”

“Each of you being promoted today represent the best of the best,” said New Hampshire Department of Safety Commissioner Robert L. Quinn. “There are so many citizens, school children, visitors and business owners who will rely on you to keep them safe. I have great confidence in your abilities, and I am so proud of today’s New Hampshire State Police.” 

“The State of New Hampshire is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals who deliver exceptional service every day,” said Colonel Mark B. Hall. “Congratulations on your promotions, and I wish you all continued success and safety throughout your careers.”
