Silver Alert Canceled - Missing Vulnerable Adult In Hillsborough

Norman Bisson Sr. has been located and the Silver Alert has been canceled. Further inquiries should be directed to the Hillsborough Police Department.

HILLSBOROUGH, N.H. – At the request of the Hillsborough Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert System. Law enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individual:
Name: Norman Bisson Sr.
Age: 93
Height: 5’2”
Weight: 140 lbs.
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Brown
Bisson was last seen today, Dec. 29, 2024, at 7:30 a.m. on Maple Street in Henniker leaving a Mobil Gas Station, after departing from his home on Jefferson Drive in Hillsborough sometime after 4:30 a.m. Bisson was seen operating a white 2017 Hyundai Tucson with New Hampshire registration 4112105. It is believed that Bisson might be trying to get to Concord, in the area of Church Street, where he previously resided before moving in with family in Hillsborough.
Bisson was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt along with blue and gold pajama bottoms. Bisson walks with a cane and should have it with him.
According to Bisson’s family, he suffers from dementia and is easily confused.
Anyone who sees Bisson or has information about his whereabouts should notify the Hillsborough Police Department at (603) 464-5512. A recent photograph of Bisson as well as a likeness photograph of the vehicle he is believed to be operating will accompany this news release.
