Silver Alert Canceled - Missing Vulnerable Adult Located

Carolyn Grabowski has been located and the Silver Alert has been canceled. Further inquiries should be directed to the Hampton Police Department.

Initial News Release - 10:42 a.m., 9/3/24

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – At the request of the Hampton Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult/Silver Alert System. Law enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following individual:

Name: Carolyn Grabowski
Age: 72
Height: 5’5”
Weight: 128 lbs.
Hair: Gray
Eyes: Hazel

Grabowski was last seen September 1, 2024, at 2:20 p.m. at Portsmouth Regional Hospital after being transported by ambulance from Hampton, New Hampshire.                 

Grabowski was last seen wearing a navy blue sweater and jeans. Family members advise she suffers from multiple health issues and has trouble walking.
