State Trooper Stops Two Teens For Speeds Over 100 MPH

BOW, N.H. – In separate instances just hours apart, two teenage drivers were stopped by a New Hampshire State Trooper for speeds over 100 mph on Interstate 93 northbound in Bow.
Around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, Trooper Conor Davis of the Troop D barracks observed a 2008 BMW 3 Series traveling 109 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. The driver of the BMW, identified as Benjamin Goodell, 17, of Claremont, was summonsed to appear in Concord District Court for reckless operation.
At 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025, Trooper Davis observed a black 2013 Volvo S60 traveling 124 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. As Trooper Davis caught up to the car, the driver of the Volvo turned the vehicle’s lights off. However, as Trooper Davis got behind the Volvo, the driver turned the lights back on and pulled over. The driver of the Volvo, identified as Alizah Johnson, 18, of Concord, was arrested for reckless operation and disobeying an officer. She was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in Concord District Court at a later date.
