Two Arrested In Connection To Firearms Possession And Narcotics Trafficking Of Fentanyl & Methamphetamine

CONCORD, N.H. – Two people have been arrested after a monthslong investigation by the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Investigations Unit (NIU) into sales of suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
On Thursday, March 6, 2025, during a traffic stop in Concord, Troopers arrested Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez, 28, of Dorchester, Massachusetts, and Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 23, of Dedham, Massachusetts, on charges of controlled sales of fentanyl greater than 5 ounces and controlled sales of methamphetamine greater than 5 ounces. In addition to the narcotics offense, Guzman De Los Santos was charged with felonious use of a firearm.
During this investigation, Troopers seized over 2 lbs. of methamphetamine, approximately 400 grams of fentanyl, and an illicit firearm.
Lopez Perez and Guzman De Los Santos were both held pending an arraignment scheduled for today in Concord District Court.
