Two Arrested In Connection To Firearms Possession And Narcotics Trafficking Of Fentanyl And Cocaine

GREENLAND, N.H. – Two people have been arrested and charged with gun and drug offenses following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 95 by the New Hampshire State Police.
On Thursday, January 2, 2025, State Troopers conducted a motor vehicle stop for speed on I-95 in Greenland. During the stop, a roadside investigation was conducted. During the investigation, a firearm was seized along with approximately 200 grams of fentanyl and 100 grams of cocaine.
Following the roadside investigation, State Troopers assigned to the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Investigations Unit (NIU) arrested Abigail Arias Gonzalez, 25, and Justane Garcia, 23, both of Lawrence, Massachusetts. Gonzales and Garcia were both charged with possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute and felon in possession of a firearm.
Gonzalez and Garcia were processed and released pending an arraignment scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2025, in Portsmouth District Court.
