Boat Registrations and Mooring Permits Available at Marine Patrol HQ Marine Patrol Headquarters, 31 Dock Rd., Gilford, NH

The New Hampshire State Police-Marine Patrol Unit wishes to inform the boating public that boat registration renewals and annual mooring permits are still available at Marine Patrol Headquarters, 31 Dock Rd., in Gilford.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are adjusting the registration renewal and permitting process through the use of a drop box located at the main entrance to the Marine Patrol building.

Instructions for the use of the drop box are available on the Marine Patrol's website at www.marinepatrol.nh.gov and at the drop box location. Marine Patrol Staff will be contacting you by phone while processing your transaction. Renewal decals and permits will be mailed to the address provided by the customer.

For those wishing to register a new boat, this service remains available through the Division of Motor Vehicles in Concord. To arrange for this transaction please contact the DMV by telephone at 603-227-4000.
