Double Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash

ROXBURY, New Hampshire – On Thursday, October 12, 2023, at approximately 3:36 a.m., Troop C dispatch received a report of a serious motor vehicle collision on Route 9 in Roxbury near the Sullivan town line.  Upon the arrival of emergency responders, it was determined that the drivers of both vehicles were deceased.

Investigation revealed that a 2016 Honda Accord, operated by:

Ratebuka DIEUDONNE
Age: 34
Murfreesboro, TN

was traveling eastbound on Route 9.  That vehicle encroached into the westbound lane, striking a 2007 Honda CRV heading westbound operated by:

Kent VINCENT
Age: 71
Greenfield, NH.

The New Hampshire State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction unit responded to the scene to assist.  Neither alcohol nor drugs appear to be factors in this crash, however all aspects remain under investigation.

Troop C Troopers were also assisted on scene by the Keene Police Department, Keene Fire Department and New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
