Man Arrested For Unruly Behavior At DMV Branch

Troop G

MANCHESTER, N.H. – A Manchester resident has been arrested after becoming disruptive at a branch of the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV).

Jesus Guifarro, 43, of Manchester, was taken into custody earlier today, May 3, 2024, by members of the Troop G Investigations Unit. He was arrested without incident on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Investigators received information that on Thursday, May 2, 2024, Guifarro became very irate and unruly toward DMV employees while trying to obtain a New Hampshire non-driver identification card. Guifarro refused to leave the building after being asked to do so several times by employees and his disruptive behavior escalated, leading DMV employees to contact law enforcement.

Guifarro, who also had an outstanding arrest warrant out of Rockingham County Superior Court, was held without bail and will be arraigned Monday, May 6, 2024, at 8:15 a.m.

Anyone with additional information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact Detective Sergeant Craig Gagne by email at Craig.D.Gagne@dos.nh.gov
