NH Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert - Concord

Concord, New Hampshire - At the request of the Concord Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following missing vulnerable adult:

• Dorinda Gibney
  • Age: 76
  • 5'6"
  • 120 pounds
  • Blonde Hair
  • Green Eyes

Ms. Gibney was reported missing to the Concord Police Department, today, December 6, 2022, at approximately 6:30 PM by her family. Ms. Gibney was last seen at approximately 5:45 PM after she left a residence on Noyes Street in the City of Concord on foot. Ms. Gibney was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded raincoat, and a brown bucket hat. Ms. Gibney has shoulder length blonde hair.
