NH Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert

Exeter, New Hampshire – At the request of the Exeter, NH Police Department, the New Hampshire State Police has authorized an activation of the Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert System. Law Enforcement is asking for the public's assistance in locating the following two missing vulnerable adults:

• Kimberly A. Pushard
  • Age: 51
  • 5'5"
  • 164 pounds
  • Brown Hair
  • Hazel Eyes; and
• Angela Bussell
  • Age: 50
  • 5'8"
  • 213 pounds
  • Brown Hair
  • Blue Eyes

Ms. Pushard and Ms. Bussell were reported missing by Topsham Maine Police Department, today, February 22, 2023, at approximately 12:36 AM. On February, 21, 2023, Ms. Pushard and Ms. Bussell were reportedly driving around the border of Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire all afternoon and were unable to find their way home to Topsham, ME.

Ms. Pushard was operating her Red 2012 Jeep Compass with Maine registration 1960VC with Ms. Bussell as a passenger in the vehicle. During the evening of February 21, 2023, Ms. Pushard and Ms. Bussell had contact with Exeter Police Department as well as several other New Hampshire law enforcement agencies who all attempted to give them proper directions to return home, but were unable to do so. Ms. Pushard's cell phone was last pinged in the Candia, NH and Raymond, NH area, but it is now powered off.

According to their families, Ms. Pushard and Ms. Bussell are intellectually disabled, easily disoriented, have trouble processing information, and are prone to being confused by directions.
