NHSP & Manchester Police Department Conduct Saturation Patrol on Superbowl Sunday

MANCHESTER, New Hampshire – On February 11, 2024, the New Hampshire State Police and the Manchester Police Department conducted a DUI Saturation Patrol in the greater Manchester area on Sunday evening.  This joint effort focused on identifying and removing impaired drivers from our roadways to ensure fans were able to make it home safely.

During the enforcement effort, Troopers and Officers conducted 133 traffic stops, issued 13 summonses, and made 5 arrests:

The following subjects were arrested:

Megan G. Elwell
Age: 43
Lawrence, MA 
• Aggravated driving under the influence
• Disobeying a police officer
• Resisting arrest
• Assault on an on-duty police officer
• Possession of a controlled drug
• Transporting controlled drugs in a motor vehicle
• Falsifying physical evidence
Elwell was held in custody and is scheduled for arraignment in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division Manchester on February 12, 2024.

Adonis Delos Santos Carrion
Age: 27
Manchester, NH
•    Possession of a controlled drug
•    Transporting controlled drugs in a motor vehicle
•    Obedience to traffic signals
Delos Santos Carrion was released on his own recognizance to appear in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division Manchester on March 11, 2024. 

Antoine Robidoux-Hurtubise
Age: 20 
Laval, Quebec 
• Driving under the influence
• Driving with an excess alcohol concentration
• Minor transporting alcohol
• Minor in possession of alcohol
• Speed
Robidoux-Hurtubise was released on his own recognizance to appear in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division Manchester on March 11, 2024.

Shawn Christie
Age: 27
Bedford, NH
• Speeding
• Disobeying a police officer
• License required – subsequent offense
Christie was released on his own recognizance to appear in the 9th Circuit Court – District Division Manchester on March 18, 2024.

Christy Jackson 
Age: 40
Manchester, NH
• Arrest on a warrant out of Bethlehem, NH
