State Police Aircraft Assists Troopers with Arrest

Bow, New Hampshire – On June 15, 2023, the New Hampshire State Police Special Enforcement Unit conducted a traffic enforcement initiative utilizing the State Police aircraft on Interstate 93 North in the Town of Bow.

During today’s enforcement effort, a 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by Daniel David Palozie, Age: 33 Higganum, CT, was originally clocked at 93 MPH. When Troopers attempted to stop Palozie, he fled at a high rate of speed, driving in the breakdown of Interstate 93.

A Trooper in the State Police aircraft monitored Palozie for several miles until he exited Interstate 93 at Exit 20. The aircraft informed ground units that Palozie had entered the parking lot of the Market Basket in Tilton and backed his motorcycle into a space near the trees. The aircraft continued to observe Palozie until Troopers from Troop D and Officers from the Tilton Police Department arrived on scene.

Troopers took Palozie into custody where he was charged with Speeding, Disobeying a Police Officer, Reckless Driving and Unregistered Vehicle. A Bail Commissioner released Palozie on his own recognizance and he is due to appear in the 6th Circuit Court – District Division Concord on July 28, 2023, at 8:00 a.m.
