State Police Cruiser Struck / DWI Arrest - I-95 in Greenland

On Saturday, March 14, 2021 at approximately 0020 hours Trooper Hervieux of the New Hampshire State Police Troop-A had been conducting a motor vehicle stop on I-95 southbound in the town of Greenland when a passing vehicle struck the driver’s side door of the cruiser. The operator of the vehicle failed to stop and continued southbound on Interstate 95. A short time later, Seabrook Police located the vehicle on Route 107 in Seabrook. The operator was identified as David Valle, Age 26, Derry, NH.

State Police placed Valle under arrest without further incident for the offenses of DUI, Conduct After an Accident, Reckless Driving and Failure to Move Over for an Emergency Vehicle. Valle is to appear at the 10th Circuit Hampton District Court on May 20, 2021.

Trooper Hervieux sustained minor injuries in the collision; she was evaluated at the Seabrook Emergency Clinic and later released.
