Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault Arrest

eliseo ramirez booking photoStewartstown, New Hampshire – On November 22, 2022, New Hampshire State Police Troop F conducted an investigation into a domestic violence related incident. As a result of that investigation conducted by uniformed patrol and the detective bureau, the following subject was arrested Eliseo Ramirez, Age: 39, Stewartstown, NH.

Ramirez was charged with one count of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, two counts of 2nd Degree Assault, Strangulation, and one count of False Imprisonment. He is being held on preventative detention at the Coos County House of Corrections and scheduled to appear at coos County Superior Court on November 23, 2022 for his arraignment.
