On December 15, 2021 at approximately 12:20 am, Trooper Conor Davis of the New Hampshire State Police Troop D Barracks attempted to stop a 2020 Honda Accord traveling northbound on Interstate 93 in Bow, NH for traveling 110 mph. This vehicle was reported stolen out of New York.

The operator of the vehicle failed to stop for the Trooper and continued northbound heading toward Concord. The operator got off the highway at exit 16 and proceeded to reverse direction heading southbound. Additional Troopers were able to get into position in the area of Exit 13 to deploy stop sticks. Troopers successfully deployed stop sticks deflating the passenger side tires.

The operator continued to drive with flattened tires and proceeded southbound where it got on to Interstate 89 North where it then took Exit 1. As the vehicle’s tires continued to deflate, the operator was forced to reduce its speed but continued to drive on the rims. The driver ended up on a dead end road off of Rockingham Street in Concord where he and his two passengers then fled from the vehicle on foot.

The driver:

Age: 19

Was arrested approximately an hour and a half later after an extensive police K9 track. Forte faces a number of felony charges and was held on preventive detention and is scheduled to be arraigned this morning in the Merrimack County Superior Court.
