Wrong-Way Driver Arrested

LONDONDERRY, New Hampshire – On February 12, 2024, at approximately 2:20 a.m., State Police received reports of a vehicle traveling the wrong way on Interstate 93 in Salem, heading northbound in the southbound lanes from the State Line.

Trooper Moran of the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks was able to get north of the vehicle, south of exit 4 where he deployed stop sticks. The stop sticks deflated three tires which forced the vehicle into a slow roll where it was then intercepted by additional Troopers and officers from the Londonderry Police Department.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Nicole Plummer, age 33, of Lowell, MA.

Following a roadside investigation, Plummer was arrested by Troopers and is facing charges of Reckless Conduct, Disobeying an Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Driving While Intoxicated. Plummer is scheduled to appear in the Superior Court later this month.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is being asked to contact Trooper William Moran at (603) 223-4381 or William.J.Moran@dos.nh.gov
