(2) the easterly point of the first island west thereof, and
(3) also on the northerly course between the easterly point of the island referred to in (2) and the red and black buoys marking the northwest entrance to the channel.

SAF-C 402.12 - No person shall operate a vessel at a speed exceeding 10 MPH on Chestnut Pond in Epsom. However, this restriction shall not apply between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. daily and all water skiing shall be conducted in a clockwise direction at all times.

Chocorua Lake - Tamworth

RSA 270:117 - No person shall use or operate any power boat equipped with any type of power motor in excess of 10 HP on Christine Lake in Stark.

RSA 270:104 - No person shall operate any boat equipped with a petroleum-powered motor on Clarksville Pond in Clarksville. Any other type of motor used on Clarksville Pond cannot develop more than trolling speed.

SAF-C 402.13 - That portion of Cobbetts Pond in Windham known as the Narrows, which extends 860 feet northeast from the boat ramp at 30 Horseshoe Rd to a stone wall on the point on the east side of the Pond shall be a no wake zone.

Cocheco River - Rochester
RSA 270:89 - No person shall use or operate a motorboat or any boat equipped with an outboard motor with a manufacturer's rated capacity in excess of 7.5 HP, or shall any person exceed a headway speed of 10 MPH with any powerboat equipped with an outboard motor on Cocheco River within the City limits of Rochester.

Coniston, Lake - Croydon
SAF-C 402.14 - The lower portion of Lake Coniston in Croydon shall be a "no wake" area.

Connecticut River - New Hampshire jurisdiction
RSA 270:115 - The department of Safety, division of Safety Services, shall post at all boat launching sites on the Connecticut River, within the jurisdiction of the State, a speed limit of headway speed within l50 feet of the shoreline.
RSA 270:120 - I. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, no person shall use or operate any motorboat or any boat equipped with an outboard motor in excess of headway speed of 6 MPH upon the waters of the Connecticut River between the Ledyard Bridge in Hanover and a line across the river a distance of 2,500 feet to the north of the Ledyard Bridge.
II. No person shall operate a motorboat or any boat equipped with an outboard motor in the area described in paragraph I while towing a person, whether or not that person is using water skis, an aquaplane, or any other similar device.
III. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a motor boat or any boat equipped with an outboard motor that is used in the area described in paragraph I as follows:
a. by state or town employees for patrolling the area;
b. by any person in the case of an emergency rescue activity.
c. by any person in connection with coaching of rowing; or
d. by any person during boat personnel training and boat meets.

SAF-C 402.151 - No person shall operate a motorboat at a speed greater than headway speed upon the waters of the Connecticut River in the town of Westmoreland, from the property line of Tax Map R11, Lot 9, then proceeding south to the intersection of River Road and Partridge Book Road, representing a total approximate distance of 1,800 linear feet and extending rom east to west across the Connecticut River to the opposite shoreline in the town of Westmoreland.

No person shall use or operate any powerboat equipped with any petroleum-powered motor upon the waters of Spectacle Pond in the towns of Groton and Hebron; provided, however, that the contiguous property owners of the pond who own and operate petroleum-powered motors not in excess of 7.5 horsepower on said pond may continue to do so for the duration of their ownership of the property and the boat upon application and demonstration of hardship to the department of safety as provided in paragraph II. The use of these permitted petroleum-powered motor boats shall be limited to travel to and from the public landing and the owner's property.
II. The department of safety may, upon application, issue hardship permits to persons with a disability as defined in RSA 275-C:1, II and to landowners whose property abuts Spectacle Pond and is not served by an access road.
III. The operator of the exempted boat shall present such a permit to anyone who requests to inspect it.
IV. The department of safety shall enforce the ban of petroleum-powered motorcraft on Spectacle Pond in the towns of Groton and Hebron. Whoever violates any provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.

RSA 270:29 - It shall be unlawful to operate a boat or canoe propelled by mechanical power on any stream or body of water within the boundaries of that part of the White Mountain National Forest that is situated within the State of New Hampshire. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the following bodies of water:

Stinson Lake - Rumney
North & South Percy Ponds - Stark
Kimball Pond - Chatham
Long Pond - Benton

Nor to persons engaged in emergency rescue operations or public service.

White Oak Pond - Holderness
RSA 270:94 - No person shall use or operate any motorboat or any boat equipped with an outboard motor in excess of 7.5 HP on White Oak Pond in Holderness.
Saf-C 402.86 - Seaplanes and helicopters on floats shall be prohibited from operating on White Oak Pond in the town of Holderness, except for the purpose of landing and taking off, pursuant to RSA 270:13a.

RSA 270:82 - No person shall use or operate any boat equipped with a petroleum powered motor on Willard Pond in Antrim.

Wilson Lake - Salem
RSA 270:119 - The use of petroleum powered boats is prohibited on Wilson Lake in Salem.

Winnipesaukee, Lake - Lakes Region

SAF-C 404.10 - Back Bay Channel, Wolfeboro, all vessels leaving Back Bay Channel shall have the right of way from all vessels, except for canoes, rowboats and sailboats, pursuant to RSA 270-D:2, IX, entering the channel.
SAF-C404.11 - Weirs Beach Restriction - There may be temporary restrictions on anchoring, mooring and/or rafting in the Weirs Beach area should the Commissioner of Safety determine that such restriction shall be implemented. If such a restriction is implemented, the Commissioner shall issue public notice through a press release to print, radio and television media at least three days prior to the effective date which will include effective date and time of restriction, ending date and time of restriction, reason for restriction and description of area to be restricted.
SAF-C 407.03 - Rafting as defined in RSA 2760:42 V shall be prohibited in the following areas of Lake Winnipesaukee unless covered by one of the exceptions specified inRSA 270:45: (1) The Kona Mansion, so called, in Moultonborough, east of an imaginary line running north and south from the red top marker buoy located on the western tip of Avery's Point on the south to the Kona Farm gas docks on the north.
(2) Small's Cove in Alton, southwest of an imaginary line running southeast northwest from the light 75 on the northwestern end to the northernmost point of land marking the entrance to the first cove, south of Small's Cove on the south.
(3) Wentworth Cove, southwest of Governor's Island Bridge west of an imaginary north-south line, running from light 43 on the north to the black top buoy located off Wentworth Cove Estates on the south.
(4) Braun Bay - There shall be no rafting within 300 feet of both fish and game property lines as delineated by Marine Patrol with orange mooring balls.

(5) Braun Bay at a distance less than 75 feet from shore lines as delineated by Marine Patrol with orange mooring balls.
(6) Cedar Cove, specifically identified as the area opposite Plum Island which borders Alton tax map 18, lot No. 12 through 20 and 55.
(7) Winter Harbor from the southern boundary of the Tuftonboro tax map 63, lot No. 14 to the southern boundary of tax map 51, lot No. 20.
(8) The entire area known as Green's Basin, in the town of Moultonborough.
(9) Orchard Cove, on the east side of Cow Island, in the town of Tuftonboro.
(10) The entire area known as Buzzell Cove, in the town of Moultonborough.
(11) Brickyard Cove, encompassing a described area that would run south of an imaginary line running about 2,300 feet from the northern tip of lay Point to the southern tip of Barndoor Island.
(12) The entire area known as Black Cove, in the town of Meredith, encompassing an area in Meredith tax map S-7, east from the northern most point of Lot 5-1 to the southeastern most point of Lot 1.
(13) The entire area known as East Cove, in the town of Moultonborough.
(14) The entire area known as Advent Cove, in the town of Meredith.
(15) PENDING FOR 2009 - Roberts Cove in the town of AltonBoat Restriction - area of Paugus Bay - contact Laconia for regulations. Public Water Supply.
(15) Roberts Cove, in the town of Alton, encompassing a described area as between the body of water in Roberts Cove, east of a line running north to south from the westerly boundary of lot 41 on tax map 48 to the westerly boundary of lot 1 on tax map 48.

Winnipocket, Lake - Webster

SAF-C 402.89 - No person shall operate a vessel at a speed exceeding 10 MPH on that section of Lake Winnipocket in Webster north of a line running between Austin's Point on the west to the cottage presently owned by Clinton Frothingham on the east. However, this restriction shall not apply between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. daily.

Winnisquam, Lake - Lakes Region
SAF-C 402.90 (a) No person shall operate a vessel at a speed exceeding 6 MPH from the flashing light beacon on the westerly end of Mohawk Island to a point 400 feet northerly thereof.
(b) No person shall operate a vessel at a speed exceeding 6 MPH in the Winnisquam River so called, in the city of Laconia east of the light at Dixon Point.
(c) The area from Mosquito Bridge south to the flashing light beacon on the westerly end of Mohawk Island in Lake Winnisquam is a NO WATERSKIING area.
(d) The area on Lake Winnisquam that measures 700 feet north of Mosquito bridge to 150 feet south of Mohawk island shall be a no wake area.
